yep, that's how i would describe my last ride. nothing new with the route, but what made it better was sharing it with a couple of new riding buddies.... plus a peculiar view of our destination.
the magat reservoir was the crest of the "magat back-door loop" route - one of the most priced route of the Santiago City based independent mountain biking herd. this time, it didn't look like a reservoir, though. no lakes. no water. just plain beautiful prairie. it appeared to me as a wide playground where i can ride my bike to any direction i want to. talk about being a child again.
